Electric Side Steps

Electric side steps are a feature that sparks debate – some love them, while others prefer the traditional fixed side bars.

Both options are available. If your model is equipped with electric steps, you’ll enjoy a conveniently wide and comfortable platform for easy entry and exit.

The preference for fixed side bars among some RAM owners stems from their protective function. They act as a first line of defense, shielding the doors from potential damage. However, it’s worth noting that fixed side bars offer a slightly less comfortable stepping surface.

Heated and Ventilated Seats: Comfort for All Seasons

Experience ultimate comfort with heated and ventilated front seats, perfect for both cold and warm days. The heated seats (and often the rear seats as well) provide a welcome warmth during chilly winter months. When summer arrives, the ventilated front seats keep you cool and comfortable, with adjustable settings for personalized comfort.

Fun fact: on those cold mornings, the RAM’s remote start feature automatically activates the driver’s seat heater when the temperature drops to 4 degrees Celsius or below.

Front Bench Seat

Available in a 3+3 configuration
If you’re still reading, this is an interesting point. Officially, the Laramie is exclusively available from the factory with a bench seat, meaning 6 seats on a commercial vehicle registration (grey license plates).
If you already own a RAM and need to add seating due to a growing family, we have the solution. Using OEM parts, we can install and certify a 6th seat in your RAM, regardless of the model. We can do it, opening up a world of possibilities.
Officially, a factory-installed bench seat is a less expensive option on the model. However, most models arriving in Europe have captain’s chairs with a center console, and therefore 5 seats.
If you want it installed afterward, it’s an investment of EUR 5,999 including VAT, so your little one can ride comfortably next to you.
